Wild Oats salsa-guac recipe

Rev up your summer celebrations by serving up this delicious Wild Oats salsa-guac recipe! Your friends and family will love it!
Serves 4
Cost: About $1.50 per person
Ingredients
- 2 organic avocados
- 1 tablespoon organic sour cream
- 1/4 cup loosely diced organic cilantro
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped organic onion
- 4 tablespoons of Wild Oats Marketplace Organic Medium Salsa
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- 1 bag Wild Oats Marketplace Organic Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips
Directions
Mash the avocados and stir in the sour cream until the dip reaches the desired texture. Add the cilantro, onion, salsa and salt and stir until combined. Add the lemon or lime juice last and lightly stir to prevent browning. Serve with Wild Oats Marketplace Organic Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips. Deeeeelissssssshhhhh!
