Just an idea, but… wouldn’t it be great to get Wild Oats out to more people in communities by sending out Wild Oat food busses (mobile trucks that set up into small food marts) into the communities that are less able to get access to whole healthy foods, either because of lack of transportation or overall access to healthy options in some areas of the country? It’s be a great way to get healthy food to those who need it and help grow the Wild Oats brand name in a service/community minded way!

      Hi Rebekah
Wow, we really like your creative thinking on how we can fulfill our mission to make healthy, organic food more affordable and accessible for everyone. As you know our partnership with Walmart to bring Wild Oats organic food to 20+ sections of the grocery aisle at prices that are comparable to leading brands is a huge first step. Your approach of using food trucks would require some detailed planning, but this is definitely an idea that we will continue to look at!
Thanks for passing that idea along.
      Oatie
