    Splash of olive oil in a glass baking dish, one pound of chicken breasts, 2 cans of black beans poured on top of chicken, one jar of mild salsa poured on top of beans, cover with aluminum foil. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees. After all cooked, take two forks and shred chicken in dish, no need to take out of dish. Give dish a stir and spoon into hard taco shells for tacos, lay out corn chips and add cheese for nachos or roll up in a tortilla shell with guacamole, hot sauce and cheese for a great burrito. Whatever your fiesta calls for!
